P ZERO™ Race SL‑R is the fastest tire in the P ZERO™ Race range: engineered to maximize aerodynamics through the PAAS (Pirelli Advanced Aerodynamic System), reducing drag and enhancing the sailing effect. The new LiteCore casing, Pirelli’s lightest and most efficient TLR construction, delivers maximum smoothness and an exceptionally supple ride. The SmartEVO² compound ensures outstanding grip and control in both dry and wet conditions. Fully slick, with micro‑texture and integrated aero details, it is Made in Italy for top performance on the road and in time trials.

The new SmartEVO² represents the latest advancement in our high-performance racing bicycle tire compound, enhanced by incorporating our Motorsport expertise at the highest level and the needs of modern World Tour racing. It evolves from the SmartEVO blend of three polymers with ‘smart’ characteristics, utilizing new materials and innovative mixing processes, now possible at our own manufacturing plant in Italy located just close by our R&D global headquarter. This results in improved overall grip, especially on wet surfaces, and a reduced rolling resistance to record level for its category, elevating both performances and handling feelings to what the fastest World Tour racers in the world demand.
