For maintenance tasks that do not fall into any of our packages, we charge a standardized hourly rate.
Tune-up Service Package:
Regular, scheduled maintenance is crucial in keep your bike on the road, particularly with high-end road/gravel and TT/Tri bikes.
Depending on the conditions and the amount of riding, we recommend performing this check 2-3 times per year.
This service package focuses on preparing your bike for the season and encompasses the following tasks:
– thorough bike wash and drivetrain clean using professional supplies and techniques
– checking the tires (and tubes) for cuts and wear, sealant top up for tubeless setups
– spoke tension check, wheel bearing and freehub check, with a hub clean/regrease when needed
– chain wear check, re-lubing/re-waxing
– BB check, cleaning and regreasing
– pulley wheel cleaning and regreasing
– seatpost + seat clamp cleaning and regreasing/friction paste
– headset cleaning and regreasing, including a reassembly and tightening of the expander plug
– cleaning and regreasing the thru axles, with a torque check and brake adjustment if needed
– brake pad and rotor wear check and cleaning
– bar tape replacement, handlebar, stem and brake lever inspection, torque check and regreasing/friction paste
– visual inspection of the frame and fork
– inspection of the pedals and pedal bearings, clean and regrease if possible/needed
– firmware upgrades for the groupset and power meter, charging all components

The typical wait time is 1 week from the date of reservation to the beginning of the service procedure. The typical time to the finish of the service is 3-4 business days. In case we find parts that need to be changed during the inspection, the finish time will depend on the availability of these parts.

It does not cover the price of parts that we find to need replacing during the service.
Pre-Race Service Package:

This service package focuses on preparing your bike for a key event, with the focus on maximum performance, and contains the following tasks:
– thorough bike wash and drivetrain clean using professional supplies and techniques
– checking the tires (and tubes) for cuts and wear, sealant top up for tubeless setups
– spoke tension check, wheel bearing and freehub clean and regrease with race specific lubricant
– installing a race specific chain, or applying race treatment to existing chain if in acceptable condition
– BB check, clean and regrease with race specific lubricant
– pulley wheel clean and regrease with race specific lubricant
– seatpost + seat clamp cleaning and regreasing/friction paste
– headset cleaning and regreasing, including a reassembly and tightening of the expander plug
– cleaning and regreasing the thru axles, with a torque check and brake adjustment if needed
– brake pad and rotor wear check and cleaning
– bar tape replacement, handlebar, stem and brake lever inspection, torque check and regreasing/friction paste
– visual inspection of the frame and fork
– inspection of the pedals and pedal bearings, clean and regrease with race specific lubricant if applicable

– tire pressure and gearing optimalisation for your selected event

New bike build-up and setup:
This service is aimed at customers who desire to have a bike built from the ground up based on their own exact specifications.
It includes the following steps:
– creating a part list and listing/sourcing all the items needed for the project, including the inspection of an existing part list provided on by the customer
– assistance and consultation in terms of the compatibility and availability of parts
– pre assembly inspection
– preparation of the frame, including facing and tapping the BB or preparing the brake flat mounts
– professional assembly of the bike
– brake setup
– gearing setup, updates and customization
– position setup to match bikefit data, including the cutting of fork steerer/seatpost/extensions etc. to size
– tire setup, including the calculation of optimal pressures for different conditions
– checking the wheel trueness/dish/spoke tension and correcting if needed
– brake pad/disc bed-in if requested
– chain stripping and waxing if requested
Please note that the price of this service only applies to bikes assembled from brought-in parts.
Bike builds that are entirely sourced by us and purchased from us are exempt from this charge, and all points of this package are provided free of charge!
Bike builds that are partially sourced by us might be eligible for a discount, and are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Complete Overhual/Rebuild service
Intense use over a few seasons can take a toll on any bike. Luckily, most high quality bikes can be restored to their former levels of performance with a thorough overhaul.
In this service package, we completely strip down your bike to clean, inspect (and replace if needed) every single component of your bike.
The rebuild process consists of these steps:
– thorough bike wash and drivetrain clean using professional supplies and techniques
– a complete strip down of the bike, removing the wheels, drivetrain and components
– removing the tires (and tubes), inspection for cuts and wear
– truing the wheels and re-setting the spoke tension, inspecting and/or replacing the rim tape
– cleaning sealant buildup and replacing tubeless sealant
– a complete strip down, inspection and cleaning of the hubs and freehub
– either cleaning-regreasing or replacing all wheel bearings
– a disassembly of the crankset and chainrings, with successive cleaning, re-application of installation media and reassembly
– chain wear check, re-lubing/re-waxing
– BB disassembly, cleaning and regreasing
– pulley wheel disassembly, cleaning and regreasing
– seatpost + seat clamp cleaning and regreasing/friction paste
– headset cleaning and regreasing, including a reassembly and tightening of the expander plug
– cleaning and regreasing the thru axles, with a torque check and brake adjustment if needed
– brake pad replacement, and rotor wear check and cleaning, brake fluid flush and bleed
– bar tape replacement, handlebar, stem and brake lever inspection, torque check and regreasing/friction paste
– visual inspection of the frame and fork, paint buff where applicable
– inspection of the pedals and pedal bearings, clean and regrease if possible
– firmware upgrades for the groupset and power meter, charging all components, installation of fresh batteries
