Use this kit to renew worn inserts in Framesandgear Seatpost Mounts. It also allows you to convert a Garmin setup to Wahoo — ideal when switching from Garmin Varia to Wahoo TRACKR.

The insert is also compatible with select non-Framesandgear mounts, including Canyon’s out-front mounts and Garmin’s standard mounts for round handlebars.
