Our unique five step process guarantees that the dream doesn´t become a nightmare and your new custom bike build performs exactly as you had imagined.
Like it or not, a bike can only be as good as it fits – both the rider and the intended purpose.
Sure, sizing charts and internet forums exist, but we like to do things properly.
Just like the craftsman tailoring a custom suit before sewing it together, we need to make sure that your future bike exactly matches your physiological needs, fitness and skill level.
For that reason, we start each custom build with a fitting session and a consultation. In this step, we determine the correct frame size, saddle position, contact point placement and crank length.
Next, we will discuss component choices that suit your preferences and budget.
On top of that, we will make the necessary calculations to make sure that your gearing matches your fitness level and terrain, plus optimize tire choice and pressures.
After collecting all of the inputs mentioned above, we are ready to proceed with your build.

* This session is charged at our regular rate for bike fitting. The amount will be deducted from your full bike order, as long the order is placed within 30 days of completing the session.
With all the information gathered, we are ready to you a price quotation for your build.
This will be sent out to your e-mail address and will contain all of the component specifications and their respective prices in an itemized format.
It will also take into account the taxation and shipping specifics that apply to your location and order.
After you sign off the quotation, we will send you the pro-forma invoice for your order.
Your build will be started as soon as we receive your payment.
The standard payment terms are 50% up-front, 50% before the order ships.

We will source all of the individual components from our trusted suppliers and build the bike up to the highest building standards.
Afterwards, we take your fitting measurements and apply them to the finished project.

Whenever possible/feasible, we recommend a personal pickup for your new bike. This gives us a chance double check all the fit parameters and teach you everything you need to know about the daily use and maintenance of your bike.
Alternatively, we offer worldwide shipping for your bike.
If you choose to have your bike shipped to you, we will pack it professionally and use one of our shipping providers to transport the bike to your preferred location.

For 2026, we are offering a new type of delivery – EASY SHIP
Modern bikes use more and more integration, which makes packing a bike for shipping difficult. We often have to undo quite a lot of our work to fit a bike into a traditional cardboard box and ensure safe delivery. Not to mention the fact that in many cases the delivered bike will require professional service assistance to make it rideable again.
For this reason, we came up with EASY SHIP to maximize the convenience for our clients.
Using a specialized hard case bike box (Bikebox Alan Aero Easyfit), we can ship the bike to your address in race ready state.
All you will need to do in most cases is to install your pedals, put the wheels back on and ride!
Having a compatible bike box ready for your next travels is just a cherry on top!
*For now EASY SHIP is available only within the EU. It involves additional charges to cover the bike box itself (965€ + VAT) and the additional shipping costs due to the extra size and weight of a bike packed in a bike box (Usually between 250-350€ + VAT).
This final step is aimed mostly at our competitive TT/Triathlon clients.
Over the years, we have learned that aero testing is the only guaranteed way to unleash the full performance potential of your custom bike build.
That is why we offer a FREE 2H testing session (worth 400€ + VAT) to kick-start you on your journey of maximum aerodynamic efficiency.

Our product line-up is evolving constantly to adapt to market demands. We always strive to bring out the latest and greatest from bike tech to our customers. From niche brands to corporate giants, we are not afraid to mix and match in order to achieve the best possible result.
In most cases, we base our builds on standalone framesets. This approach allows for the most freedom when customizing a project to meet the customer´s demands. In some rare cases, we have the option of selecting a pre-built bike and then modify the componentry to suit the order.
All of our framesets and components come from official sources – either directly from the manufacturer or their respective distributors.

As cycling enthusiasts, we also appreciate the fact that our clients would like to keep their pride and joy in pristine condition for as long as possible. For that reason, we also offer ceramic wax coating and full protective wraps for our frames.
Wheel choice can make or break the ride characteristics of even the best frameset. Because of this, we don´t leave anything to chance and rely on years of experience and data to recommend the right option.

In case none of the off-the-shelf options suit your needs, we will be happy to hand-build you your own custom wheelset. For either case, we can fine tune the optics with custom decals and paint to suit the aesthetics of your build.
We work with all three major drivetrain (Shimano, SRAM, Campagnolo) companies and a curated selection of aftermarket brands (Ceramicspeed, Cybrei, Carbon-Ti, Sixweel, Ti-Master, Galfer, Framesandgear, K-Edge and others) to cater for every possible requirement.
For riders looking to combine the benefits of 1x drivetrains with the gear range of traditional 2x systems, we also offer Classified Powershift drivetrain options.
Of course, any athlete serious enough to commission a custom bike build will also be interested in tracking and quantifying his/her training metrics. To fill this role, we rely on SRM, Power2Max and Quarq power meters, along with Wahoo bike computers and sensors.
Sometimes, stock or mainstream options just don´t cut it if you want achieve a true unison between bike and rider. Our fit-first approach means that we are on a constant lookout to find the best contact points available on the market.
Our recent additions include SYNC aerobars, TriRig components and Wove saddles to name the most notable examples.
For riders chasing the highest possible aerodynamic performance, we also have the option of fully custom made 3D printed Speeco handlebars and aerobars.
