How can I pay for my order?
Our website has two automated card processing systems built in: GP Webpay and Stripe. The easiest and quickest way to pay for your order is to just check out using one of these options. We recommend using Stripe for our international (outside of EU) customers.
If these options don´t work for you for some reason, please reach out to us so we can set up an invoice manually, which can be then paid via PayPal, Revolut or a regular wire transfer. Additional fees may apply in this case (mainly Paypal).
Do you ship to my country?
Our shipping services cover almost all sovereign countries of the world. If you can´t find an option that is suitable to you, feel free to reach out to us so we can find a solution.
When will my order be shipped?
We are a small team of 4 people, covering everything from shipping you orders to aero testing with clients. For this reason, we are not always immediately able to prepare your orders. This is particularly true for periods of high load, mainly the start of the cycling season (April – June). Please be patient and allow for 1-2 business days for your orders to be processed. When the order is shipped, you will get an automated notification, and the tracking number will be listed in your order notes.
Why is the price of a product different in my cart?
Due to the international nature of our clientele, the prices listed on our website are NET prices, thus they do not contain any VAT or other charges. These will be calculated exactly based on your location and the corresponding tax regulations – then if needed, added to the total amount.
Will I have to deal with customs/import taxes?
If you are located within the EU, the VAT amount corresponding to your country`s tax policy will be added at checkout. Customers from outside of the EU will pay a NET price at checkout. The order will be taxed by the customs office upon arrival, according to local regulations. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for arranging the customs process.

What is the cost of shipping for my order?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart, based on your location, weight of your parcel and your selected shipping method.
I have a company with an EU VAT number, can I shop VAT exempted?
Yes, you can add your VAT ID in your cart, and the VAT rate will be adjusted automatically. You will receive your VAT exempted invoice via email.
Has my order been shipped?
For each order, we send out an automated email stating that we have finished processing your order. This means that your parcel is already with the courier.

How can I find my tracking number?
For each order, we add the tracking number to the order notes, which you will receive via email. Don`t forget to check your spam folder.
If you choose DPD as your shipping provider, you will get shipping notification directly from them.
I need my order delivered until XY, is it possible?
Maybe. Unfortunately, we can`t guarantee delivery times, particularly for back-ordered items.
While we are able to process incoming orders within 1 business day in most cases, this is usually not the case for our suppliers.
The sad reality is that delays are very common, and most of our suppliers often exceed their promised delivery times by as much as 100%. For this reason, we strongly advise you to plan ahead and order your desired items with a large time reserve before your key event.
Obviously, we will try our best to alleviate an emergency in case you have one, but this is not always possible/feasible.
